LP Hospitality – Lepik & Peäske

Behind LP Hospitality are Janno Lepik and Kristjan Peäske – two men whose lives and careers have been shaped by hospitality.
Their first independent step into this world was the opening of restaurant Leib in 2011 – the beginning of their shared journey.

Janno leads the creative and culinary direction across all LP Hospitality kitchens,
while Kristjan focuses on team development, guest experience, and company culture.

Leib was born with limited resources but a strong belief and a clear vision.
Today, the LP Hospitality family includes Lee Brasserie, Lore Bistroo, UMA Restaurant, and Lessner Bar – four distinct venues united by quality, holistic hospitality, and a caring team.
