Terms of Sale

The owner of the online store lphospitality.ee (hereinafter referred to as the Online Store) is True Goods OÜ (registry code 14966284), located at Peetri 12, Tallinn 10415, Estonia.

Validity of the Sales Agreement, Product and Price Information

These terms and conditions apply to the purchase of goods from the Online Store.
Prices for products sold in the Online Store are indicated next to the products. Delivery fees are added to the price and depend on the buyer’s location and the chosen delivery method.
The applicable delivery fee is displayed during the checkout process.
Product information is provided directly alongside the product listings in the Online Store.

Placing an Order

To place an order, the desired products must be added to the shopping cart.
To complete the order, the required information fields must be filled out, and a suitable delivery method selected.
The total cost, including delivery, is then displayed and can be paid via bank link or other available payment methods.
The contract enters into force once the payment has been received in the Online Store’s bank account.

If the ordered product cannot be delivered due to being out of stock or for any other reason, the buyer will be notified as soon as possible and the full amount paid (including delivery fees) will be refunded within 1–2 business days. Depending on the payment method, the refund may take up to 7 business days to appear.

Delivery

Goods are shipped to the following country: Estonia.

The buyer bears the delivery costs, which are displayed next to the chosen delivery option.
Domestic deliveries within Estonia typically arrive within 3–7 business days after the contract enters into force.
Deliveries outside Estonia are fulfilled by agreement within 21 calendar days.
In exceptional cases, delivery may take up to 30 calendar days. If the Online Store has informed the buyer of possible delays (on the website or in the order confirmation), and the delivery time exceeds 30 days, the updated delivery time as communicated by the Online Store will apply.

Right of Withdrawal

After receiving the order, the buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to legal entities.

To use the 14-day return right, the product may only be used as necessary to examine its nature, features, and functionality – as permitted in a physical store.

If the product has been used beyond this or shows signs of wear or use, the Online Store has the right to reduce the refundable amount according to the product’s diminished value.

To return a product, the buyer must submit a withdrawal request, available here: Withdrawal Form, and send it to the Online Store by email within 14 days of receiving the goods.

The return shipping cost is borne by the buyer, except in cases where the product does not match the order (e.g. incorrect or defective item).
The product must be returned within 14 days after submitting the withdrawal request or proof must be provided that it has been handed over to a courier during this period.

Upon receiving the returned product, the Online Store will refund all payments received under the contract without delay, and no later than 14 days from the day the withdrawal request was received.

The Online Store may withhold the refund until the product has been returned or until the buyer has provided proof of return – whichever occurs first.

If the buyer explicitly chose a delivery method that differs from the Online Store’s standard and least expensive delivery option, the Online Store is not obliged to refund the extra cost incurred.

The Online Store reserves the right to cancel a sales transaction and request the return of goods if the product price was listed significantly below market value due to a technical or human error.

Right to File a Complaint

The Online Store is liable for any non-conformity or defects in the goods that were present at the time of delivery and which become apparent within two years of delivery.
During the first year, such defects are presumed to have existed at the time of delivery – unless the Online Store can prove otherwise.

The buyer must notify the Online Store of any defects within two months of discovering them by emailing "> or calling +372 53805290.

The Online Store is not liable for defects caused by the buyer’s actions or negligence (e.g. misuse, accidents) or for normal wear and tear resulting from ordinary use.

If a product purchased from the Online Store has defects for which the Online Store is responsible, the product will be repaired or replaced.
If repair or replacement is not possible, the Online Store will refund all costs associated with the sales agreement.
Customer complaints will be answered in writing or in a format that allows written reproduction within 15 days.

Dispute Resolution

If the buyer has any complaints regarding the Online Store, they must be sent by email to or by phone to +372 53805290.

If the buyer and the Online Store cannot resolve a dispute by agreement, the buyer may contact the Consumer Disputes Committee.
Terms of the procedure and application form are available here.
The Consumer Disputes Committee has jurisdiction to resolve disputes arising from a contract between a buyer and the Online Store.
Submitting a complaint to the committee is free of charge for the buyer.
Buyers may also turn to the EU Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform.
