Contemplations
This is where Kristjan shares his reflections on the restaurant world – and what it truly means to live a life in hospitality. Honest, unfiltered, and straight from the heart.

Reflection No. 1
One Name, Many Homes – Why LP Hospitality Was Born
Over the years, we’ve grown into four distinctive places – but at the heart, there’s only one.
Lee, Lore, UMA, and Lessner each have their own character, but they all share the same spirit: how we welcome people, how we create meaning through experiences, and how we care for one another in our houses.
We wanted to give that spirit a face – something simpler, clearer, and closer.
That’s how LP Hospitality was born.
The name is short for Lepik & Peäske – but it’s not a monument to us. It’s a way of saying: we take responsibility.
We’re the ones standing behind it all – in moments of success and in moments of failure. It may carry our name, but it’s the journey of everyone who’s walking it with us.
With LP Hospitality, we wanted to offer a gift – both to our guests and to ourselves.
To our guests: clarity and trust. This is our world, our style, our care.
To ourselves: a shared platform from which to grow. To pass on knowledge, support our people, and keep the spirit alive.
The natural next step is the LP Hospitality Friends Club, launching in the second half of summer.
It’s not a loyalty program in the usual sense – it’s a way to stay connected with those who genuinely care.
This is not just another mailing list. We want to invite you to taste new things and share your thoughts – when we’re building a new wine list or trying out future menus.
Once every quarter, we want to create something truly special – small and meaningful.
Not for everyone, but just for you.
And of course – if you have thoughts on how we could make this even better, please share them.
The joy of growing together is what unites us.
LP Hospitality is not a marketing idea. It’s our way of saying: Welcome back – no matter which door you walk through.
See you soon,
Kristjan
