At the heart of Lore’s kitchen is head chef and partner Tauno Tamm, who first joined us as an intern.
Today, he sets the pace in our fast-moving kitchen and keeps the team united. Tauno has trained abroad in several acclaimed kitchens, but his greatest strength lies in being a chef, a leader, and a true teammate.
