Lessner’s head bartender Lisete shares her perspective on the story of rum and what to pay attention to when preparing classic cocktails. The focus is on the details that turn a classic into a real banger.

During the session we will prepare two classic rum cocktails together:
Daiquiri and Piña Colada.

There will also be a tasting of Planteray XO rum.
